A little bit about me and my career.
I'm the middle son of an architect. Which means I grew up surrounded by creativity that had to actually stand up, like, literally. My dad's studio taught me early that the gap between a beautiful idea and a functioning one is where most of the interesting (and challenging) work happens.
Over the last 25 years I've led creative across games, entertainment, and tech, building brands, launching franchises, and growing the teams that craft work that actually connects with the people it's made for. The credential I'm probably most known for is co-architecting the brand and global launch of VALORANT, which became one of the most successful new game IPs of the decade. I'm proud of that. I'm equally proud of the people and the creative culture that made it possible.
I believe curiosity is the most underrated skill in this business. Not the performative kind, but the kind that makes you genuinely want to understand how players think, what a community actually cares about, and why a piece of creative lands or doesn't. That's the thing I try to bring to every room I'm in.
Outside of work, I'm a lifelong gamer and comics nerd, a Navy veteran, a baker who takes banana bread way too seriously, and a fisherman who is substantially better at the patience part than the catching part.
