A little bit about me and my career.
I’m the middle son of an architect whose ADHD made math feel like an Olympic sport no one asked to play. My future as a structural engineer was thankfully brief. Still, those hours in my dad’s studio did ignite something: a passion for turning creative sparks into actual, functioning solutions—preferably ones that didn’t require algebra. Over time, I’ve turned that passion into a career, weaving together visual design, art direction, and technology to solve business problems that needed more storytelling than spreadsheets. Along the way, I discovered a knack for building and leading diverse teams who, thankfully, love doing the same.
As a lifelong comics nerd, movie buff, and unapologetic gamer, it was probably inevitable that I ended up working with just about every major entertainment studio and more than a few iconic game franchises.
Whether it was development, marketing, or the chaotic world of esports, I’ve helped steer creative ships through some uncharted waters. I like to think of myself as the team’s mentor, compass, red-tape axe, and occasional jester—equal parts leader and safety net.
I believe in creating a culture where creativity isn’t coddled like some fragile “artiste” who can’t handle the realities of business. Instead, I lead through influence, empowering teams to make smart, strategic decisions that serve both the work and the bottom line. I’ve honed my ability to communicate the value of creativity to stakeholders and C-suite executives without sounding like I’m selling abstract art. Above all, I aim to build work environments where people leave feeling sharp, creative, and ready for more, not like they’ve just had back-to-back Algebra II and Calculus finals.
